How much does an OrderMyWebsite website cost?
£498 GBP (around $625 USD) as a one-off payment. There are no monthly fees and no contracts. The price covers a fully built small-business website, twelve months of hosting, and access to a members area for change requests.
How long does it take to get my website?
Your website is delivered within around seven working days of receiving your completed onboarding form.
What pages are included?
Five core pages — Homepage, About, Services, Contact and one extra page of your choice — written and designed for you. Legal pages such as Privacy Policy, Terms and Accessibility sit outside the five-page limit.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You own the website, the files, and your domain. There are no lock-ins, and you can move the site to any host you like.
Is hosting included?
Yes — twelve months of hosting is included. After that you can renew with us at around £6 a month, or move your site anywhere you like. Around month eleven we'll get in touch to discuss domain renewal and ongoing hosting.
Will my website show up on Google?
Your website is built with SEO best practices in place and structured to help you get found. You also get access to the Understanding Online Growth area in your members dashboard, which explains how SEO and search really work in plain English.
What happens after I order?
After checkout, you're guided through a short onboarding form to submit your business details, content, and any preferences. If you're not ready immediately, the form is also available inside your members area — log in and complete it whenever you're ready. Once submitted, we build and deliver your site within around seven working days.
Can I request changes after launch?
Yes. From your members area you can request copy tweaks, image swaps, new pages or opening-hours updates any time. We batch the edits and turn them around for you, so you never have to use a builder. Before launch, we'll also work with you to make sure you're happy. If we can't meet your expectations before launch, you'll get a full refund.
What if I don't have a logo or images?
No problem. We can use your existing branding, create a simple text-based style, or use high-quality stock images that match your business. Free tools like Canva, LogoMakr and Looka are good for logos; Unsplash and Pexels are good for photography. You can upload everything during onboarding.
Do you include legal pages like Privacy Policy or Terms?
Yes. If you already have a Privacy Policy and Terms, we include them as full pages on your website. If you don't have them yet, you'll need to get them written — a solicitor or template service can help. We also build to WCAG accessibility standards and include an accessibility statement page. All legal pages sit outside the five-page limit.
